Yes, it’s that time again! We are getting ready to welcome Kinder 2026 for their Transition to School program.
SJB Woy Woy looks forward to welcoming upcoming students and their families for these exciting sessions.
Our fun-filled, four week line-up of sessions provide children and parents with opportunities to learn more about life at school in a structured and engaging way. The program allows students to explore our school environment first with their parents/carers in week one, focusing on wellbeing and familiarity via exploration of school spaces.
During weeks two through to four, children have the chance to adventure into the Kinder classrooms and school grounds with their friends and teachers, taking part in lots of lively activities. The children are supported at every step of their transition to school journey, with the aid of our amazing Teachers, Learning Support Team, School Leadership and of course our senior students, who will become the Year 6 buddies for Kinder 2026.
Our program ends with an essential instructions information evening for all parents/carers, closer to school starting.
Save all these dates! Attendance at all sessions is required. Children are to bring a backpack with water bottle, snack and a hat each week.
